Last weekend, I was so lucky again to
join trip with Silpakorn University. This time we visited Ampawa and Samoot
Songkam.
Where is Ampawa?
Amphawa floating market is very famous
destination for Thai tourist. It is 2 hour away southwest of Bangkok. Every weekend
evening, Bangkok people and around area travel to Amphawa for finding a good
food, shopping and take pictures. This is a place to chill out.
Damnern Saduak floating
The world famous sightseeing , DamnernSaduak floating market is also close by Amapawa. This is a main attraction for
those who visit Bangkok and want to spend half day away from busy life. The
trip normally add coconut farm factory. Sometime, it is add the train market or
Talad Rom Hup which is in Samotsongkam as complimentary.
Why my partner and I join this trip?
In tour business, this area is very well
known for tour agency. Tour agency bring people to visit Damnern Saduak and
Ampawa regularly. However, this trip is totally different. We will go to visit
all non-commercial places. Visit real people house. We do not see the
demonstration, in fact we help them making living for real. We stop for 2-5
hours long instead of hop in and hop out. This is a slow travel which everyone
got to learn, talk and see real life.What’s to explore?
Load of good food to taste is very
importance. We try some unique snack which is hard to find and not easy to
cook. We got to take some action to make the food finish. We got to think how
to help local people
